This beautifully decorated top floor apartment has wonderful views of Diamond Head , the Manoa mountains and the Waikiki skyline. Everything is new, from the Italian porcelain tiled floors and Berber carpeting to the furniture, appliances and Venetian blinds.
	Alii Waikiki is an end unit with windows along all three sides, giving it a light, bright and airy atmosphere. This allows the trade winds to go through and keep it cool and comfortable year-round.
The dining room has beautiful views of the Waikiki coastline and Diamond Head. Watch the fireworks from here every Friday night. The dining room table is custom-built, wrought-iron table and seats four people.
	The teak armoire is beautiful and adds an elegant air to the room. Bring your laptop, as high-speed Internet is available at all times. The antique armoire houses a large screen TV with cable, a 10 speaker surround-sound stereo/ CD system and DVD/VCR for your viewing pleasure. Fans and lights are remote controlled in the dining and bedroom.
The kitchen has new granite countertops and all new appliances including: Stove/ oven, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and all small kitchen appliances. All-clad cookware, a Henckle knife set, silverware, dishes, table linens, etcetera. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.
	The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-sized bed with antique bronze headboard, beautiful teak and bamboo dressers, mahogany closet doors, crystal lamps, a clock/radio/alarm, a cordless telephone/ answering machine, iron and ironing board and has a lovely Asian decor.

For day trips, you may want to visit beautiful Hanauma Bay, a favorite spot for swimming, picnicking, and snorkeling. Hike up Diamond Head for beautiful panoramic views.
